I bike within a couple blocks of this tower of an old Lone Star cement plant almost every time I have my bike out, and my wife or I usually comment that it might be worth photographing.
So the other night I finally went at dusk and shot it. I think it's abandoned, judging from the busted windows and lack of night lighting, but it is still fenced off, so I only took external shots. Yes, it looks like an old abandoned plant.
Reminds me of Detroit. Somewhat depressing.

Dusk was a great time to shoot that. Gives it the "late in life" look that the old rundown place deserves.
