We watched this sweet Stephen Frears film last night and I recommend it. Starring Dame Judy Dench and Ali Fazal telling the story of England's Queen Victoria's last days and her friendship with a Muslim man from India. Enjoyable light-weight story (even with the heavy-handed racism of early 20th century British aristocracy) and really great performances all around. Three solid stars.

Yes and I liked the reference to Mr. Brown in the Abdul film.

Slightly off topic - PBS Masterpiece Theater is showing repeat of Victoria from last season - starts with young Victoria and ends with her wedding to Prince Albert. As usual the series is well acted an produced.
