Happy Thanksgiving guys. Since we're out of parents, we'll be entertaining three of our best friends. No turkey here either. It's salmon on cedar planks, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprout with figs and bacon. I made a Julia Child tart Normand, apples and Cognac custard. Wish all of you could come to Fanwood.
